A man was arrested in Bihar for a Rs 1.54 lakh ATM fraud in Jharkhand. The accused, Prince Kumar, trapped a victim's ATM card using adhesive and obtained an OTP to make unauthorized withdrawals. He confessed to committing similar frauds across the state.
